Andreas Mikkelsen wins the Rally of Cyprus and was crowned 2011 champion of the discipline. The Norwegian did little by puncturing on SS9 but Jan Kopecky?s other puncture on the same course allowed him to maintain the advantage. Patrik Sandell takes the last step of the podium.
