The double Finnish champion of rallycross va disputer les épreuves du WRX à Kouvola en Finlande (29-30 août) au volant de la Hyundai i20 de l’équipe GRX, dirigée par l’ancien pilote Marcus Grönholm. Habitué des rallyes locaux, Juka Rytkönen a pris part à différentes manches de rallycross ces dernières années et a notamment décroché deux couronnes nationales de la discipline.

Especially since the race takes place in Finland, on my favorite track and with a Finnish team. It's very exciting. After two years at the national and regional levels, I felt the need to take a step forward.”

As a reminder, the World Rallycross Championship (WRX) will begin with two races in Höljes in Sweden (August 22 and 23) before a new double round this time in Kouvola in Finland.
