In the rain, the Swede Johan Kristoffersson took pole position for the second round of the meeting WRC in Kouvola, Finland. He fought until the last moments with the local Niclas Gronholm.
Kristoffersson was fastest in Q1, but his Volkswagen suffered mechanical issues in Q2, leaving Gronholm to take the lead. Kristoffersson set the record straight in Q3, to continue his grand slam this weekend, as he won every race on Saturday, during the first round.
The semi-finals start this afternoon at 15 p.m.
