End of qualifying in Barcelona and the qualifiers for the semi-finals are known. As usual there will be twelve to fight for the six places in the final (3 drivers from each semi-final).
Without any real surprise, Johan Kristoffersson won his ticket to the semi-finals. The championship leader finished first in Q1 and Q3 and second in Q2. Reigning champion Timmy Hansen will also be there after completing qualifying in second position, as will Andreas Bakkerud, third at the end of this first part of the day.
Johan Kristoffersson's runner-up, Mattias Ekstrom, was discreet and was content with fifth position, enough to fight for a place in the final. Unhappy with his car, Niclas Grönholm still managed to finish 6th.
Big disappointment for Robin Larsson only 13th and first eliminated from these qualifications. Tamas Karai and Mandie August also remained on the floor. Same fate for the Frenchman Patrick Guillerme, 13th after the three qualifying rounds.

The semi-finals are scheduled for 16:00 p.m. followed by the final.
