After Sébastien Ogier in Monte-Carlo and Kris Meeke in Brazil, the new victory of the Irishman in the Azores means that the Belgian trainer Kronos remains undefeated in IRC 2009 (the teams candidate for the title not having made the trip to the Safari). Meeke, Loix and Vouilloz, the first three in the IRC “Drivers” ranking, all drive a 207 S2000 prepared by Kronos. The 52pts accumulated so far by Peugeot , which dominates the ranking reserved for “Constructors”, were all entered by 207 S2000s from the Belgian workshop.
