Robert Kubica, who must participate in the Rally du Var (November 27-29) at the wheel of a Clio R3, will appear earlier at the wheel of the diamond firm's rally car. The Pole is on the entry list for the Sicilian Rally Taormina-Messina, which will start on November 13. The Sicilian Rally will close the Italian Tarmac Rally Trophy. Robert Kubica, who finished the season Formula 1 with BMW-Sauber, is committed to Renault F1 Team for the next F1 season. In Abu Dhabi, the Pole recognized that there was a strong chance that he would take part in the Rallye du Var, the last event of the French Rally Championship.
