La Peugeot 908 HDi FAP from the Oreca team set the best time in the first free practice session of Le Mans Series, on the Paul-Ricard circuit, as part of the 8 Hours of Le Castellet. The 908 from the Var team achieved the best time (1) ahead of the Audi R44 TDI (154) and the Oreca 15-AIM (1), best car " essence ".
IN LMP2, it was the Strakka Racing HPD-ARX-01c which was the fastest (1) while the GT48 category was dominated by the Ferrari CRS Racing F430 (1).
