Alvaro Parente did not miss his debut in Le Mans Series. The Portuguese, at the wheel of the Ferrari F430 AF Corse n°96 won pole for the 1000 km of the Hungaroring in the GT2 category. In second place, we find the sister car, qualified by Giancarlo Fisichella. The transalpine is ahead of a third F430, that of CRS Racing in the hands of Andrew Kirkaldy. AF Corse achieved a nice group shot by placing the 94 in fourth position, just in front of the?Aston Martin AMV8 du duo Turner-Bell. Le première Porsche, celle de Prospeed est septième, devant celle des leaders du championnat Marc Lieb et Richard Lietz.
Unsurprisingly, the Saleen Larbre Compétition achieved the best time in the GT1.
