LMS: Ojjeh withdraws on a title

Saturday September 24, while Tom Kimber-Smith took pole position for LM P2 in Le Mans Series at Estoril, the point scored on this occasion definitively confirmed the Drivers' title for Kimber-Smith and Karim Ojjeh, but also the Team title for Greaves Motorsport. After this satisfaction, Ojjeh announced that the Lusitanian event would be his last, having decided to hang up his helmet at the end of it.

« 2011 was the pinnacle of my career, with a class victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, LMS victories at Le Castellet, Imola and Silverstone, and now the crownhe said. I would like to thank the whole team because I would never have imposed myself individually, it is really a collective effort. Everyone did a great job. A big thank you also to my teammates, Tom Kimber-Smith and Olivier Lombard (from Le Mans, Editor’s note) who have not made the slightest mistake throughout the season ».
