Accustomed to pole position, Stéphane Sarrazin had to settle for the third best time in qualifying practice for the 1000 km of Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium.
“I had big problems with understeer on my first timed lap, says the pilot of the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP n°2. Then I fell victim to traffic on my second and final lap. Considering these elements, I am satisfied to start on the second row. Tomorrow, Nicolas (Minassian, editor's note) being unwell, only Franck (Montagny, editor's note) and I will compete in the race.
