GT2 qualifying for the Algarve 1000km was dominated by Ferrari. It was Gimmi Bruni, at the wheel of the #430 AF Corse F96 GT, who set the best time, in 1:43:310. Toni Vilander allows AF Corse to do the double (F430 GT n°95, 1?43??512). Tim Mullen completes the all-Ferrari podium, placing the No. 100 CRS Racing F430 in third place (91:1:44).
