The grid for Q1 of World RX in Barcelona (Spain) has been revealed.
Sébastien Loeb (Peugeot ) will have the advantage of competing in the first race which only has three competitors. The nine-time champion of WRC will face poleman Janis Baumanis (Ford) and Petter Solberg (Volkswagen), third on the grid.
2016 champion Mattias Ekström (Audi) will face Olsbergs MSE drivers Kevin Eriksson and Robin Larsson (Ford) starting from the second row between his compatriots. The grid will be 100% Swedish with Kevin Hansen (Peugeot) in third position.
Timur Timerzyanov (Hyundai) partira en pole de la Course 3 devant Grégoire Demoustier (Peugeot), Hervé Knapick (DS 3), Timmy Hansen (Peugeot) et Andreas Bakkerud (Audi).
The last grid will be made up of Oliver Bennett (Mini) who will start ahead of Niclas Grönholm (Hyundai), Guerlain Chicherit (Renault), reigning champion Johan Kristoffersson (Volkswagen) and Jérôme Grosset-Janin (Renault).
Q1 of the three categories of the meeting will be contested from 12 p.m. this Saturday.
