Kyle Busch, still at the top of the Nationwide Series standings, is no longer able to win. Winner of six races this year, Busch remains in ten events without a victory. However, he was close to returning to success in Kansas but Joey Logano took the lead from him three laps from the finish. Kyle Busch finished in second place, his fifth runner-up place in the last ten races.
