Feddy Loix (Skoda Fabia S2000), leader since Friday afternoon, won the Rally of Madeira, at the end of SS21. The Belgian did not tremble, seeing his closest pursuers, Luca Rossetti (Abarth Grande Punto) and Kris Meeke (Peugeot 207 S2000) give up, before securing a promised victory. Skoda achieves a hat-trick, thanks to Jan Kopecky and Juho Hänninen, who complete the podium.
This is Freddy Loix's second victory in the IRC this season, after his success in Ypres.
