Mattias Ekström returns with Münnich Motorsport for Ferratum World RX

On the occasion of the Ferratum World RX in Riga which will take place on September 18 and 19, the Münnich Motorsport team announced the return of former world champion Mattias Ekström. The Swede, who has already taken part in 58 World RX starts and won 12 races, returns to compete in the fourth and fifth rounds of the 2021 season. 

“I’m very excited to be going to Riga with Münnich Motorsport because I really like the Riga track, and the fact that it will be a double weekend means there will be plenty of track time. Driving a World RX Supercar is the best possible preparation for the racing activities I do,” specifies the double champion DTM and three-time winner of the Race of Champions. 

The race will start on Saturday September 18 at 12 p.m.
