Clint Bowyer will leave Richard Childress Racing at the end of the season to join Michael Waltrip Racing. The contract was signed for a period of three seasons.
The driver of the No. 33 Chevrolet will only start from 24th position on the Kansas oval but will have the opportunity to reassure his future team in the race on Sunday.
