Skoda's rival will develop an evolution for its 207 S2000 customers. The changes will take place on the engine which will increase to 300 horsepower, the gearbox and the transmission. Other modifications will be proposed: the front axle and the shock absorbers of the Peugeot will be reviewed and the brakes will be lightened. The 207 S2000 will also have a data acquisition system.
All this work is carried out with the aim of countering the “facelift” Skoda Fabias, which have taken the advantage over the French manufacturer's 207s this season.
