Dramatic twist in the World Championship Rallycross. Peugeot Sport will stop its involvement in World RX, as indicated by Jean-Philippe Imparato, director of the Peugeot brand, on his Twitter account.
Peugeot will concentrate its resources on developing these new vehicles and has therefore decided to withdraw from the WRX championship at the end of the 2018 season, whose evolution towards electrification is uncertain.

The French brand had supported Team Hansen to compete in the discipline, and had notably attracted Sébastien to its program Loeb behind the wheel of the 208 WRX. More information to follow.
