If the Brazilian must make his return to Nascar Xfinity Series next August on the Mid-Ohio route, the champion of the first season of the Formula e will also find the Global peloton Rallycross Challenge on July 30 for the Washington DC event.
The Brazilian will drive a Ford Fiesta ST from SH Rallycross/DRR, the team with which he took part in the championship contested in America in 2014 and 2015. Piquet Jr is the defending champion in the Washington event.
