The Belgians were in the spotlight last weekend for the Essay round which hosted the Belgian Championship and the Challenge Europe in addition to the French Championship. Koen Pauwels (Ford Focus) won ahead of his compatriot Patrick van Mechelen (Ford Fiesta). There Renault Jérôme Grosset Janin's Clio 3 got on the podium in Final A but still collected the points for victory in the French Championship. Hervé Knapick (Citroën DS3) and Alain Heu (Citroën C4) completed the French Championship trifecta.
Dorian Launay (Renault Clio) a été étincelant en S1600 en dominant Julien Fébreau (Citroën Saxo) dans la dernière finale tandis qu’Adeline Sangnier (C2) complétait le podium de la catégorie. Christophe Saunois (Toyota Corolla) s’est imposé en Division 3 tandis que la victoire en D4 est revenue à Jérémy Terpereau (Audi A3).
