Gaëtan Sérazin (Peugeot 208) is well on his way to winning the title of French champion of Rallycross after his victory at Essay (Normandy), while his direct opponent Christophe Wilt (DS3) lost numerous points following an exit from the track in the qualifying heats.
The latter still saved a place on the podium behind Fabien Chanoine (Renault Clio 3), but it is now 19 points behind before the last round contested on October 10 and 11 in Dreux (Eure-et-Loir).
