Tsjoen will aim for the title in France

Five-time Belgian Rally Champion and winner of the Rally Le Touquet Pas de Calais 2009, Pieter Tsjoen will aim for the title of French Rally Champion next season with his Ford Focus RS WRC 06.

Tsjoen will also be at the start of several events in Belgium including Haspengouw, TAC and Ypres.
