The third edition of the FIA Motorsport Games will take place in Valencia (Spain) in 2024. The announcement was made on the sidelines of the Games on the Paul-Ricard circuit, during the closing ceremony, by Stéphane Ratel, founder and CEO of SRO Motorsports Group. Accompanied on stage by Manuel Aviñó, president of the Spanish Automobile Federation, and Josep Miquel Moya, general director of sports of the autonomous community of Valencia, the promoter of the event aims for a return of the FIA Motorsport Games in October 2024.

Subject to approval from the FIA World Motor Sport Council, the event is expected to take place on a conflict-free weekend with the Formula 1, unlike 2022. The city of Valencia will host the traditional opening ceremony, while racing activities will be centered on the Ricardo Tormo circuit and other nearby venues.

Scheduled in two years, the announcement of the event in 2024 confirms the desire to establish a biannual calendar for the FIA Motorsport Games. If the event wants to internationalize by going to countries outside Europe, the Games will remain on the European continent in two years, where new disciplines are expected.
