Pieter Tsjoen (Ford Focus RS WRC) had the second best time in SS6 of Rally du Var, behind the unbeatable Sébastien Loeb (Citroen C4 WRC). The Belgian took the opportunity to take the third step of the podium in the general classification of the event. Brice Tirabassi (Subaru Impreza WRC) is still well established in second position, while Patrick Henry (Peugeot 307 WRC) slips to fourth place and Stéphane Sarrazin (Peugeot 207 S2000) dominates the Super 2000 category.
