On lap 64 of the Watkins Glen Sprint Cup race, a spectacular crash forced the red flag. Pushed by Kasey Kahne, who oversteered coming out of the corner, Sam Hornish Jr went to hit the safety wall, before spinning back onto the track and violently hitting Jeff Gordon, then Jeff Burton. The red flag flies at Watkins Glen, the cars are stopped and Scott Speed is currently in the lead ahead of Kyle Busch and Tony Stewart.
