Timmy Hansen won the final World RX qualifying round in Barcelona, Catalonia. The Team driver Peugeot -Hansen concluded the first part of the event in the lead ahead of Johan Kristoffersson (Volkswagen Team Sweden – VW Polo) and Mattias Ekström (EKS RX – Audi S1). Davy Jeanney (Team Peugeot-Hansen – Peugeot 208) qualifies for the semi-finals after moving up to fourth position.
In Euro RX, Jérôme Grosset-Janin (Albatec Racing – Peugeot 208) is lying in wait in second position behind leader Tommy Rustad (Marklund Motorsport – VW Polo). Fabien and Jonathan Pailler move their Peugeot 208s to 6th and 7th place. Philippe Maloigne (Citroën C4) is 11th, Jean-Baptiste Dubourg (Citroën C4) 13th.
