World RX – Ken Block excluded from the final in Cape Town

Officials at the Cape Town event in South Africa have decided to exclude Ken Block's Ford Focus RS RX – Hoonigan Racing Division after the semi-finals, for the car being judged to be below the regulatory weight.

The American who had managed to qualify for the final gives way to the Peugeot 208 – Team Peugeot-Hansen of Kevin Hansen.
