The draws took place to determine the grid for the first races of the first qualifying round in Franciacorta (Italy), the penultimate round of World RX. Reinis Nitiss will face Pontus Tidemand, Andy Scott, Toomas Heikkinen and Henning Solberg to get his legs going. Jacques Villeneuve is a little better off even though he will face Petter Solberg and René Munich. The Team drivers Peugeot Hansen, Timur Timerzyanov and Timmy Hansen, will be on the same grid where Gigi Galli will also be present. Jérôme Grosset-Janin is well served since the only leading driver to face will be Andreas Bakkerud.
