After suffering problems with the exhaust manifold of his Citroën DS3 in the SDRX during the first round, Norwegian Petter Solberg found his rhythm again by setting the best time of the second session ahead of Timmy Hansen (Peugeot 208) and Mattias Ekström (Audi S1).
In the provisional ranking before the last two qualifying events, Timmy Hansen dominates with 95 points ahead of Mattias Ekström 84 and Davy Jeanney (Peugeot 208), 82. Petter Solberg logically moved back into the top 12 in fifth position.
