World RX Spa 2 – Kristoffersson unfolds

Already winner of the first race, Johan Kristoffersson (Polo RX1e) clearly reminded us that he would be the first to win the World RX in its electric version.

The leader of the World Championship won the “progression race”, then his semi-final before adding his name a sixth time to the list of winners for the 2022 season. The only driver to have benefited from a failure by Kristoffersson (disqualification of the driver of the VW in Portugal, Editor's note), Niclas Grönholm (PWR RX1e) took a deserved second place ahead of the Swede Gustav Bergström (Polo RX1e), who scored a second consecutive podium in Belgium.

Manhandled on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Hansen brothers, at the wheel of the 208 RX1e, were content with Kevin's 4th place and Timmy's 7th.
