The list of contenders for a place in the stands F1 in 2010 continues to grow. The German Franz Hilmer, co-owner of the Kolles & Heinz Union stable in F3 Euro Series, announced that it had sent its application.
Franz Hilmer has registered his team under the name Brabham and could rely on the assets of Super Aguri, purchased last year.
Jack Brabham's family has already announced its intention to take legal action to prevent Hilmer from using the Brabham name.
