Alex Bowman extended until 2026

Hendrick Motorsports and Alex Bowman have signed a three-year contract extension that allows the 29-year-old to remain behind the wheel of the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL48 Ally until at least 2026. Rick Hendrick praised his driver's qualities : “In addition to being extremely talented, he has incredible passion and commitment that sets him apart from other drivers. He’s a potential winner, and I don’t know anyone who has worked harder than him to reach this level. »

This extension is made possible by the continuation of the long-term partnership between Ally Financial and Hendrick Motorsports for five years until 2028. The Daytona 500, this Sunday, February 19, will kick off Ally's fifth campaign as sole sponsor of the No. 48 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet. Launched by Jimmie Johnson, this collaboration continued with Alex Bowman, a priori to the greatest satisfaction of the financial company.
