In spirit since the start of the season in DTM, Audi wants to achieve a fourth victory in five races against Mercedes. But the task does not look easy, on a Norisring circuit on which the brand with the rings is not successful. However, it is for Audi the most important meeting of the year in DTM, the track being located a few dozen kilometers from Ingolstadt.
“The Norisring has always been a difficult trip for us in recent years, explains Dr. Wolfgang Ullrich, Head of Audi Motorsport. Although we were often close to the goal, it never materialized. Maybe we will be able to use our good results to finally achieve this victory. Audi fans, who should be numerous, would certainly be delighted to see this. And we will do everything to make it so. »
