Gianmaria Bruni took pole at the 12 Hours of Sepang (Malaysia). With a time of 2'02"768, the pilot of the Ferrari of Clearwater Racing beat the Audi Team WRT led by Laurens Vanthoor by two tenths during the last qualifying session.
Alvaro Parente took third place by finishing more than six tenths behind the reference time on his McLaren of FFF Racing. The Singha Motorsport Ferrari of Van Dam-Rizzo-Bhakdi-Pier Guidi will complete the second row.
