ITR, promoter of DTM German, has confirmed the extension of its exclusive contract with the tire manufacturer Hankook, for the next four years, i.e. an extension running until 2023.
Hankook has supplied the touring championship since 2011. “In terms of technology and quality, DTM requires the highest standards from its manufacturing partners, recalls Gerhard Berger, boss of ITR.
This season in particular, the demand for tires has evolved considerably thanks to the new turbo engines of more than 600 hp. Hankook competition tires have always met all our requirements and demonstrated their enormous performance potential. »
