The Daytona 500 Media Days are traditionally the occasion for announcements of driver and partner extensions. This 2023 edition is no exception to the rule since after the announcement of the extension of Alex Bowman at Hendrick Motorsports, it is up to Daniel Suarez and Trackhouse Racing to formalize the continuation of their fruitful collaboration.

Against all expectations, the young formation of Justin Marks and rapper Pitbull completed an exceptional 2022 season. By placing its two drivers in the play-offs and entering the World Champion of Formula 1 2007, Kimi Räikkönen, for the Watkins Glen round, she dynamited the discipline.
Xfinity Series champion in 2016 before passing through Joe Gibbs Racing and Gaunt Brothers Racing, Suarez found a balance and a positive environment at Trackhouse which allowed him to win his first Cup race on June 12, 2022 at Sonoma Raceway, becoming the first Mexican to win a race NASCAR Cup Series
The agreement, the details of which have not yet been communicated, covers several seasons.
