Christian Vietoris (Mercedes) was penalized by five places on the grid for Race 2 of DTM at the Lausitzring for blocking Mattias Ekström (Audi) during qualifying. The Team Mücke driver thus falls to seventh position while Timo Glock (BMW) inherits second place ahead of Robert Wickens (Mercedes) and Mike Rockenfeller (Audi).
