If Marco Wittmann (BMW) won the title at the Lausitzring (Germany), the Team RMG driver does not seem to want to let up his efforts. Its M4 DTM finished first in the first test session in Zandvoort (Netherlands) with a time of 1'32"002, ahead of Mattias Ekström (Audi) by 48 thousandths and Timo Glock (BMW) by 82 thousandths. Edoardo Mortara (Audi) and Mike Rockenfeller (Audi) complete the top five, three tenths behind. Adrien Tambay (Audi) is in eighth place. Maxime Martin (BMW) set the 12th fastest time, just behind Robert Wickens who did not place first. Mercedes only in 11th position. Paul di Resta (Mercedes) is 16th, almost a second behind the benchmark.
