Jamie Green (Audi) improved the test benchmark time by more than a second DTM on the Hungaroring (Hungary) during the second session with a time of 1'35''586. The Team Rosberg resident was almost a tenth ahead of Edoardo Mortara (Audi), the fastest driver in the first session, while Adrien Tambay (Audi) set the third time.
The session was dominated by Audi with eight RS 5 DTMs at the front. Gary Paffett placed first Mercedes C 63 DTM in ninth place, more than half a second from the benchmark. Marco Wittmann completes the top ten as the first BMW driver. Maxime Martin (BMW) ranked 15th.
