American BMW driver Joey Hand signed the best cumulative performance during this 3rd day of testing for the DTM German on the Hockenheim circuit. He set a time of 1’32”658 and was ahead of the Audi RS 5 of Italian Edoardo Mortara and the BMW M4 of Martin Tomczyk. Vitaly Petrov places first Mercedes in 8th place.
