The Norisring meeting started rather well for the only Frenchman in the field DTM : Adrien Tambay (Audi) achieved the second best time in free practice this morning on the Nuremberg street circuit. The French speakers particularly stood out since the author of the best time is none other than the Canadian Bruno Spengler (BMW) in 48″427, and the third is the Swiss Edoardo Mortara (Audi). The qualifying session for this 5th round of the season is scheduled from 14:40 p.m.
