Timo Scheider, champion DTM in title, won the Oschersleben race this Sunday afternoon. Starting behind pole sitter Tom Kristensen, Timo Scheider quickly got the better of the Dane and never let go of the race lead, except during his two pit stops. He won ahead of Mattias Ekström and Martin Tomczyk, who achieved an Audi hat-trick. Paul Di Resta, Gary Paffett and Bruno Spengler, three drivers Mercedes, complete the Top 6. Alexandre Prémat finished sixteenth, after being hit by Rockenfeller.
