Loïc duval (Audi) set the best time in the tests of the DTM in EL2 on the Norisring, completing a lap in 46''635. Mike Rockenfeller (Audi) was the closest with a tenth behind. Bruno Spengler placed the first BMW in 3rd ahead of Philipp Eng (BMW), while Nico Müller (Audi) completed the Top 5. The first Aston Martin is only 14th with Daniel Juncadella.
