After his victory yesterday in the first race, lucas auer (Mercedes) started Sunday off on the right foot with the best time in free practice in 1’21”258 on a dry but cold track. He takes a trio of Mercedes with Gary Paffett and Robert Wickens following him.
The BMWs are not left out with Marco Wittmann 4e but still two tenths behind the Austrian. He is ahead of his teammates Tom Blomqvist and Timo Glock. René Rast is the best Audi representative in 7e position.
Bruno Spengler (BMW) signs on 8e time three tenths off the benchmark ahead of Edoardo Mortara (Mercedes) and Mike Rockenfeller (Audi). Loïc duval (Audi) achieved the 17e time, just ahead of Belgian Maxime Martin (BMW).
