Alvaro Parente took pole in the FIA GT Series qualifying race at Zandvoort. With a best time of 1'37"923, Sébastien's teammate Loeb place it McLaren MP4-12C n°9 in first position with a few thousandths ahead of the Mercedes SLS AMG n°2 of the HTP Gravity Charouz driven by Sergei Afanasiev. The German team will be one to watch closely this weekend as Maximilian Buhk moved the second Mercedes to second row, falling just one tenth behind Laurens Vanthoor at the wheel of the No. 8 Belgian Audi Club Team WRT Audi R11 LMS. The No. 12 Audi of René Rast's Team WRT and the Ferrari 458 Italia n°51 AF Corse of Fabio Onidi completes the third row of the starting grid.
