FIA GT3 European Champion last season, with Arnaud Peyroles, James Ruffier is tackling the FIA GT this season. The Frenchman will share the wheel of a Corvette C6.R from the SRT team, with Belgian Bert Longin.
“The choice of Bert Longin and James Ruffier for the FIA GT championship has been confirmed in recent weeks,” explains Patrick Selleslagh, boss of the SRT team. “These two drivers undoubtedly have a lot of experience, and I am certain that they complement each other very well. Which bodes well for good results. What sets them apart is above all their professionalism and their involvement, both on and off the track. We can therefore take part in this season with complete peace of mind, in order to finish in the best possible position in the championship.”
