A first draft of a 13-date calendar for 2022 has been revealed by the organizers of the Australian championship. As announced last September, the next campaign will begin on the Newcastle street circuit from March 4 to 6 after two years of absence due to the health crisis before a visit to Tasmania from March 26 to 27 as well.

The season will continue at Albert Park in Melbourne where the Supercars will run in support of the F1 from April 7 to 10. Absent from the 2020 and 2021 calendars, the Perth SuperNight is making its comeback (April 30-May 1) and will be followed by rounds in Winton (May 21-22), Darwin (June 18-19) and Townsville (July 8-10). . The location of the next meeting scheduled for July 30 and 31 has not yet been confirmed by the organizers.

In 2022, Supercars will also renew its ties with New Zealand after a two-year hiatus due to the difficult health context. The Australian championship is scheduled to take place in Auckland from September 10 to 11, just after the stopover in Sandown in August (19-21).

Theater of the final of the 2021 campaign, the Bathurst 1000 will be the antepenultimate meeting of the year (October 6-9) before those of Gold Coast (October 28-30) and Sydney (November 18-20).
