The dates of the 2023 Pau Grand Prix announced
The Grand Prix de Pau will reach the symbolic milestone of the 80th edition in 2023. The organizers have presented the dates of the event on their website, which will take place from May 12 to 14, 2023. It will be followed, a week later, by by the Historic Pau Grand Prix (May 19-21), which did not appear in the 2023 provisional calendar announced by HVM Racing, the organization in charge of this Classic event for several years.

The “modern” Pau Grand Prix should not feature the presence of the Regional Formula Europe by Alpine (FRECA) despite the emergence of persistent rumors since the end of the summer. On the other hand, the Euroformula Open, which served as the head of the Béarnaise race in 2022, could return to the foot of the Pyrenees. Their 2023 provisional calendar does not include Pau but leaves a free weekend from May 12 to 14, as was already the case during their first presentation at the end of 2021.
