Fred Makowiecki and Maxime Martin won the very first qualifying race of the season at the wheel of the Marc VDS Racing Ford GT. An encouraging result to say the least for the Franco-Belgian duo.
“It’s really great for us for the start of the championship, Judge Mako. At the start, I had a slight contact, a little damage, but I was able to continue and I was still able to attack. I had a good stint and tried to stay consistent, to give the car to Maxime in good conditions. The team really did a good job on the pit stop and we continued to attack and Maxime took the victory! »
