The FIA Appeal has delivered its final verdict on the result of the 2009 FIA GT Zolder race, the final event of the discipline's final season. The Belgian team's Corvette C6.R was excluded from the race ranking due to a non-compliant cylinder block. This week, the FIA Court of Appeal delivered its verdict and ruled in favor of Pekaracing, which was reinstated in the rankings for the Zolder race. Mike Hezemans and Anthony Kumpen therefore regain their second place. The Belgian team, however, received a fine of 20 euros.
